The team consists of experienced paediatricians and cooperates with specialised healthcare professionals to provide both tertiary and primary healthcare.
Purpose & Activities
The clinic covers children from the age of 25 days up to the completion of their 16th year of life.
- Comprehensive diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of acute and chronic paediatric conditions

The aim is the continuous improvement of service quality in accordance with international standards.
Education & Research
The 2nd Paediatric Clinic plays an active role in education and research:
- It trains paediatric residents through clinical examination, case discussions and regular lectures.
- It participates in the training of medical students from Greek and foreign universities, as well as NKUA nursing students.
- It participates in conferences and research protocols, strengthening paediatric knowledge.
