The Hospital’s Human Resources Management Department serves as the link between the Administration and its employees. Our primary responsibility is the effective staffing of clinical departments and services, the proper implementation of the Civil Servants’ Code, Ministry of Health circulars, and labor legislation, as well as the support of healthcare professionals in their demanding work. Through transparent procedures (ASEP, SDAD), we manage the Hospital’s human resources with the aim of providing citizens with high-quality healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • a Ensures the optimal management and development of human resources 
  • b Handles all matters related to the employment status of the Hospital’s staff 
  • c Is responsible for maintaining records of Hospital employees, retirements, dismissals, and recruitments 
  • d Is responsible for maintaining and safeguarding the personnel records of all employees 
  • e Is responsible for maintaining records of shifts, all types of leave, on-call duties, and overtime for all staff, as well as for their approval in cooperation with the respective Directorates 
  • f Is responsible for the administrative review and filing of sick leave and all other categories of leave for all staff 
  • g Develops and monitors staff training, continuing education, and research programs 

Its responsibilities also extend to implementing the annual staff evaluation system, preparing matters for consideration by the Hospital’s Service Council and Board of Directors, managing and processing disciplinary cases, verifying the authenticity of supporting documents and handling appeals, as well as cooperating with the Occupational Physician and Safety Officer to ensure healthy working conditions and manage occupational risks.

Digital HR Tools

The Department adopts modern digital tools to optimize processes, reduce bureaucracy, and ensure complete transparency.

Human Resources Management System (SDAD)

The central system of the Ministry of Interior. It is used for the comprehensive, real-time management of employees’ digital records, employment status changes, and payroll processes.

Business Intelligence System (BI-Health)

A central system for the collection, processing, and analysis of public healthcare data (Business Intelligence). It provides and analyzes staffing indicators (HR indicators) for the 1st Regional Health Authority of Attica and the Ministry of Health.

Integrated Information System (EPSMY / IDIKA)

The Hospital’s internal digital core for personnel management. Internal processes are digitized through this system.

Digital Organizational Chart

Provides a representation of the organizational hierarchy and the distribution of clinical departments and services.
