Maintenance Contracts
Signing, monitoring, and strict compliance with maintenance contracts with external entities and manufacturers of critical equipment, ensuring periodic inspections based on international safety standards.
Modernization of Equipment
Strategy for purchasing new equipment. Market research, drafting technical specifications, and evaluating technologies — from initial assessment and procurement to installation and commissioning.
The Department is responsible for repairing any damages, ensuring immediate technical support and minimizing equipment downtime. At the same time, it takes care of the regular maintenance of medical devices, while it is responsible for the negotiation, monitoring, and strict adherence to maintenance contracts with external providers and manufacturers of critical equipment, ensuring that it is regularly inspected according to international safety standards.
Finally, it strategically guides the modernization process of the equipment through the purchase of new, state-of-the-art machines. It conducts thorough market research, participates in drafting technical specifications, and evaluates available technologies so that each new investment fully meets the clinical needs of the Hospital. From initial assessment and procurement to installation and final commissioning, the Biomedical Department guarantees optimal resource utilization and the safe integration of new medical equipment.
