The Hospital’s Administrative and Financial Services Directorate, headed by Director Maria Delopoulou, a university graduate in Business Administration and Hospital Administration, with postgraduate studies in Health Management and Health Economics, has as its Mission to provide safe, high-quality, and holistic healthcare services by ensuring the availability of necessary resources, promoting research and technology, responsibly allocating the budget, safeguarding and respecting public funds, upholding integrity and strict compliance with medical and professional codes of ethics, and fostering an excellent and safe working environment for all staff.

The Vision of the Administrative Services of Agia Sofia Children’s Hospital is to serve as a model healthcare centre focused on the child and on providing seamless, effective, and people-centred support.
