The Patient Admissions and Discharge Office of "Agia Sophia" Children's Hospital is responsible for managing all processes related to the admission, stay, and discharge of hospitalized patients. It handles the issuance of discharges, monitoring of hospitalization accounts, billing of expenses according to the respective documents, and the issuance of related service provision vouchers.
Responsibilities
Issuance of discharge documents for hospitalized patients.
Accounting management of hospitalization accounts and charging of expenses based on supporting documents.
Issuance of service invoices and other documents (hospitalization certificates, detailed statements).
Monthly settlement of hospitalization expenses with insurance providers.
